SSH access

We wanted to keep you in the loop about recent developments on our server. Some of you may have experienced slowdowns, particularly when logging in via SSH. This is due to a significant rise in brute force SSH login attempts by hackers, prompting us to take action against it.

In our efforts to curb these attacks, we've blocked specific IP ranges and even certain countries. However, the scale of these attempts is overwhelming. Blocking the entire world isn't a feasible solution. Therefore, we've decided to take a different approach: we'll be blocking all access to port 22 and granting access on a case-by-case basis to customers who require SSH access.

If you need SSH access, please help us help you by providing your IP address. We understand that not everyone has a static IP, so in such cases, we might need to open up an IP range for you. We firmly believe that these changes will significantly enhance the server's overall performance and security.

We genuinely appreciate your understanding and support as we work on these improvements. Should you have any questions or need assistance with SSH access, please do not hesitate to reach out to us.

Thank you for your cooperation and patience.
